Aiming to elevate this Class B office building’s public spaces to match the standards of surrounding Class A properties in downtown Manhattan, D+U executed a refined renovation. The transformation featured back-painted glass, mahogany-enclosed columns, terrazzo flooring, and a complete overhaul of the elevator cabs, including door refacing and replacement.
