75 MAIDEN LANE LOBBY

This small downtown Manhattan mixed-use tower required an elegant, durable renovation. The client requested minimal disruption throughout the project, so the renovation was designed to skim over existing finishes while completely changing the character of the space. The palette include back-painted white glass, teak, stainless steel and a terrazzo-like stone finish, with discrete LED light fixtures integrated throughout.
