15-19 W 119TH ST

This project brought much-needed multifamily housing to the community by consolidating three contiguous lots to create an innovative residential development. The design introduced a new building typology, with four units per floor, each benefiting from full-height windows that provide abundant natural light and ventilation. Private balconies further enhanced the residential experience.
